How do I pay my CSI Insurance bill?

CSI Insurance’s Internet member platform allows customers to make online payments. This platform allows you to set up scheduled payments from either your checking account or credit card (Direct Debts) and PayPal. You can also make one-off payments using your credit card via any device: your computer, laptop at home, or mobile phone. You can also view and manage your monthly bills online. You can even set up periodic alerts to check your account balance. Yes it’s easy to change your policy, too! You can sign in to your policy 24/7 to change addresses, pay bills, and more.

Keep your billing account number and home phone number, or the number associated with your CSI Insurance accounts, handy. If you are using a credit or debit card, you need to give your card number and expiration date; if you want to pay with a checking or savings account, you’ll need to supply your account number and your bank routing number. You can do so Monday – Friday 8: 00 am to 9: 00 pm, Saturday 9: 00 am to 7: 00 pm Eastern time.
