If you have an American Express-branded card, the CVV will have four digits and will appear on the front of the card. Check the payment details and click the Confirm button to process your payment. AARP Home Insurance operates a phone system allowing you to make payments for free or for a small fee. To pay over the phone call 800-423-6789 to contact Customer Service and be directed to make a payment. Have your billing account number home phone number ready or the phone number associated with your AARP Home Insurance account. If you are using a credit or debit card, you need to give your card number and expiration date; if you want to pay with a checking or savings account, you’ll need to supply your account number and your bank routing number. You can do so 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
